Job Description

Develop and implement short-term and long-term national sales strategies
Develop, evaluate, and optimize the nationwide sales representative network
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
Define and monitor key sales KPIs (sales volume, gross margin, market share, accounts receivable collection)
Drive channel, corporate, and project-based sales development
Analyze market trends and competitors, and propose competitive strategies
Prepare sales forecasts and present analytical reports to the CEO
Negotiate and finalize contracts with key accounts and major clients
Sales data analysis and managerial reporting
