● Meet monthly targets for the team and each route and meet seasonal goals and metrics
● Daily meeting of sales review and planning.
● Manage budget, analyze P&L for branch's products, and allocate funds appropriately.
● Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
● Schedule route visits.
● Ensure that collections for cash/credit Sales are received by EOD/End of the credit period.
● Manage and collect the receivable accounts and other cash and checks in due time.
● Select profitable baskets of products.
● Execute promotional activities in coordination with headquarters approvals.
● Control warehouse stock and ensure and maintain proper stock at branch warehouse.
● Place stock orders in advance to meet warehouse/customer requirements.
Requirements
● Having a network of market retailers to improve the presence and reputation of the branch.
● Knowledge of marketing, human resources, P& L, and CRM.
● 5 years of experience within a branch management position with wholesale, production, and process experience essential Good FMCG knowledge essential.
● Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
