Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P.
Analyze the competition market.
Develop Marketing and branding ideas and execution plans.
Align with cross-functional team on Brand activation calendar and execute brand.
Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorships activities.
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
Support marketing function in managing external agencies and deliverables from them.
Report to the CMO.
Travel requirements: Yes, within the country.
Requirements
At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing (product, brand, or related fields) or experience in a related industry (consumer goods) is a plus but is not mandatory.
Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel.
Highly experienced in presentation skills.

Drive for results and leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
