Job Description

  • Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P.
  • Analyze the competition market.
  • Develop Marketing and branding ideas and execution plans.
  • Align with cross-functional team on Brand activation calendar and execute brand.
  • Participate in creative development and deliver within timelines.
  • Develop POSM (point of sales materials), outlet activation programs, and events and sponsorships activities.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Support marketing function in managing external agencies and deliverables from them.
  • Report to the CMO.
  • Travel requirements: Yes, within the country.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing (product, brand, or related fields) or experience in a related industry (consumer goods) is a plus but is not mandatory.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Highly experienced in presentation skills.

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Strong analytical skills and data.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
