We are looking for a reliable Backend Developer; Someone who implements the design accurately.
Our focus is on data-driven, maintainable systems, not just "working" code.
Responsibilities:
Backend implementation with Java
Full adherence to Design, Data Model and Contracts
Clarification of Technical Debt
Active participation in Review and Technical Checkpoints
Early reporting of risks and design flaws
Skills and Requirements:
At least 3 years of backend development experience with Java
Experience working with Spring Boot
Mastery of REST API and Event-based concepts
Deep familiarity with relational databases
Understanding the concepts of Transaction, Consistency and Idempotency
Ability to explain technical decision in simple language
