Job description:

This critical position is in the Core Services Phase. Your main responsibility is to implement identity and authorization services and build Capability Token systems. You must ensure that all services operate under strict separation-of-duties constraints.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of basic identity and authorization services (non-sensitive versions).
Build a feature token system (like Biscuit/Macaroon-lite).
Integrate and implement policy reviews with OPA/Rego.
Developing typed and secure APIs with gRPC/Protobuf.
Architecture and development of event-oriented backend modules.
Ensuring that the Services work under Separation-of-Duties restrictions.

Required skills and experience:

Core languages: Proficiency and deep experience in Golang or Rust.
Communications: Protobuf/gRPC and NATS JetStream.
PKI and Security: Strong understanding of PKI basics (keys, signatures, certificates) and mTLS.
Policymaking: Experience working with the OPA/Rego policy engine.
Experience designing secure APIs and familiarity with authentication flows.
Experience in Identity and Access Control (IAM) or Zero Trust.

It is considered an advantage if:

Have experience building functional token systems or similar.
Have a history of designing Clean API Boundaries.
