Responsibilities: - Create and develop relationships with new customers and maintain relationships with current customers - Identify new opportunities for business development - Management of feedback and customer opinions in order to improve services - Implementing sales goals and achieving set goals - Using Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to track customer interactions
