Job Description

  • Develop and execute powerful B2B sales strategies to capture new markets and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure contracts with key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities and ensure we stay ahead.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement impactful campaigns tailored for B2B clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with strategic accounts to drive loyalty and value.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the B2B sales team to exceed targets and unlock their full potential.
  • Monitor data, sales performance, and key KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in FMCG, technology platforms, or supply chain sectors.
  • A track record of securing large-scale deals and managing high-value partnerships.
  • Extensive experience in building, coaching, and scaling successful sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
