Requirements

• Communicate effectively with customers Via Phone, ticket and online chat services • Data entry • Call, send SMS and email required based on Customer Journey Plans • Prepare required reports from customer or marketing dashboards • Customer support • Create and Categorize FAQ documents based on customer data • Writing SMS text for marketing or CRM plans • Research in required topics • Create and holding customer-oriented campaigns • Doing marketing, CRM or other tasks by case Basic skills: • High quality communication skills • Good communication in conversation with customers • Multitask • Good MS Office skills; specially Excel • Persistent in following customer issues • Good Speaker! • Extroverted and energetic!! Additional skills: • Nice tone and volume • Self-motivate • Research • Accuracy and focus • Ability to extract reports from collected data • Appropriate writing
