Job Description

Job Description: To work in Drive Test and Post processing team: Post Processing: General task of post process engineer is, Analyzing the log files received from drive test team and preparing DT report which includes detailed analysis of problems and issues of the area under the test. Root cause analysis of Access Failures, Blocked calls, Dropped calls and etc. are included in the analysis. The main tasks assigned to the Post Process Engineer as follows: Received work assignment from team leader verbally or via e-mail. Prepare for the report generation (Cellref and Map) using the most updated version of the site information¡¦s (Site Data or EP) and loading files. Initial checking of log files. In case of any fault detection in DT log files, reporting the fault to the supervisor and receiving the instruction. In case of lost routes (missed routes), the report should be available with the log files, otherwise must be reported Preparing DT report according to template of the project Analysis of the DT report based on project goals Documentation and updating of technical actions and project implementation trend. Training new employees on request from supervisor Share knowledge and technical expertise in the group and department participating in intended training courses and effective participation in the implementation of these courses by company. Planning and dedicating time for research and development (R&D) in the work field and expertise, and working on research and development based if requested by the management. Trying to achieve customer satisfaction monitoring the activity of the sub-contractor in the post-process part, if works are referred to him. Drive Test Engineer Drive Test Engineer works on performing field RF and data measurements using specialized measurement tool based on drive testing methodology. . Summary of essential job functions Conducting the following testes: Single Site Testing Clustering Drive Testing KPI (Drive & Stationary) testing Ticketing CPEs performance check and testing Walk test (indoor) Perform measurements collection and generation of raw data based on drive testing approach and using specialized measurement tool Perform ad hoc field measurements when reported complaints are suspected to be related to field RF issues Perform single-site and cluster drive testing and measurements collection for newly added sites Perform data service testing and measurements at stationary positions when required
