Main objective:
To manage or assist in the management of all fieldwork activities in quantitative or qualitative market research projects.
Main responsibilities:
● Searching, selecting, hiring, and training fieldwork personnel.
● Contacting, making arrangements and supervising subcontractors in cities outside of Tehran.
● Supervising the fieldwork process and meeting agreed deadlines.
● Making sure the data collected is accurate and according to company standards.
● Motivating the fieldwork personnel to work efficiently and accurately.
● Providing weekly or daily progress reports to project managers.
Requirements
● At least two years of experience in fieldwork activities (interviewing, data gathering, coding, quality control, data check, etc.)
● Ability to efficiently use computer programs Word and Excel.
● Being organized and precise.
● Good public relation skills.
● Good time management skills.
● Having a college degree.
● Being a strong team player.
● Able to manage people.
● Able to work on different hours of the day and during weekends.
