- Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, etc.
- Acts as contact person for members and guests and supports them with regular requests
- Coordinates meetings and events.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Be responsible for managing petty-cash fund
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Any other assigned tasks by the direct manager
Requirements
- University qualifications: At least B.A. /B.S. degree
- Other certifications: Having relevant certificate in related field is a plus (Office Administration)
- Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
- Typing without difficulty both in English and Farsi
