As Production Manager you will be member of site leadership team and important “face” of Novo Nordisk to Iran authorities. You are responsible for fulfilling production plan, operational budget and all performance indicators in department such as Quality, EHS, Compliance and Audit. Ramp up of the department including recruitment of additional production teams and technical support are also part of your responsibilities. Other than that, you are responsible to measure and analyse performance of production and initiate actions to optimise actively uses cLEAN tools to optimize performance and reduce unit cost, participate actively in the management group within site Tehran and obtain joint objectives.

Requirements

We expect that you to hold higher education in Engineering (Process, Electrical or Mechanical) with at least 3 years of management experience including being part of the site leadership team in a GMP environment (pharma, food or cosmetics), either in production, quality control or quality assurance. Experience from a multinational company is a plus. As a person, you are known for your open and transparent leadership style, your strong communication skills and your ability to work transparently with stakeholders on all levels of the organization. You have the ability to work actively to understand and implement our company culture and you are perceived as a role-model. You have been leader of leaders before and know how to build a team based on trust, high performance and transparent feedback and coaching. You have a well-developed LEAN toolbox that you apply in your daily work to optimize performance, safety and quality. You are renowned for your ability to collaborate with your peers and you have a natural interest to develop your leadership style. You are fluent in English (written/oral) as this position also requires interaction with our other international production sites in Novo Nordisk.
