- Planning & doing sale negotiation in order to develop the sale.
- Presenting the company product to the customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality service level
- Arrangement of customer meeting and prepare and forward quotations and Performa invoices to the customers
- Visit relevant exhibitions, attending related missions.
- Must be a greater leader with excellent selling and teaching skills
- Develop marketing strategies & sale plans & sale forecasting.
- Maintain the brand standards and strengthen the brand.
- Ability to develop new ideas to increase market share.

Requirements
- Age: 25 - 40
- Education: BS or MA in marketing
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales especially in construction and building industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative, Reliable, Motivated, Energetic
- High public relations
- Personal characteristics: outgoing in sales and marketing, with good communication skills.
- Responsible and cooperative
- Excellent work with Microsoft office and related software
- Ability to travel frequently (10-15 days in a month)
