Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising area sales plans and programs.
  • Responsible for the development of the designated market segment.
  • Support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability of the organization.
  • Guide designated sales team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Plan and manage sales areas to achieve goals based on profit potential and effective sales area management.
  • Analyze, implement, and control opportunities within the domain.
  • Manage and develop the growth of key products in the sales area.
  • Coordinate with other sales teams and other departments to ensure a consistent approach to business across the company.
  • Coordination with logistics and marketing to maintain proper warehouse conditions.
  • Support the management team through the implementation of specific projects.
  • Coach sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in the relevant field.
  • Proficient in reporting in PowerPoint, and data analysis in Excel.
  • Teamwork, leadership, and effective communication skills.
