● Developing sales strategies and setting targets. ● Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets. ● Compiling and analyzing sales figures. ● Collecting customer feedback and market research. ● Keeping up to date with products and competitors. ● Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products. ● Reaching the targets and goals set for areas. ● Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customers. ● Servicing the needs of your existing customers. ● Recruiting and training sales staff.

Requirements

● Strong communication skills. ● Leadership skills. ● Ability to plan strategically and analytically. ● Effective people and relationship-building skills to interact with potential clients, customers, and team members on a regular basis. ● Bachelor's degree. ● Some experience in FMCG is preffered.
