Job Description

Supervise the performance of supervisors selling branches and personnel under their authority.
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of demand forecasting methods.
Supervise the interaction of sales staff with customers.
Plan the activities of the monitored units in accordance with the policies and policies set.
Review and present executive suggestions on how to improve sales practices and the optimal use of resources.
Solve customer problems in relation to sales and after-sales services.
Prepare and present plans to improve the level of competitive ability and position of the company.
Ensure timely and correct delivery of products to customers.
Plan motivational plans to increase sales and profitability of products and services.
Determine the order of goods and plan for the supply of goods.
Establish new branches according to the company's policy and policy aimed at promoting and increasing market share.
Identify loyal customers of the system and try to maintain and increase them.
Raise the percentage of loyal customers and consider more and more bids.
Collect information from all similar products, and rival companies to know about the quality, price, and terms of their products.
Measure the weaknesses and strengths of competitors and similar products.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the supreme authority in the field of organizational duties.
