
Job Description
● Control the process of contract manufacturing from development to industrial manufacturing. ● Establish good relationships and regular follow-ups with all sub-contracted service providers. ● Draw up efficient monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules according to the defined plan. ● Apply methods for improving the production and to optimize the efficiency of the process and reduction of production costs. ● Check and analyze reports of productivity, overtime, and loss of time in order to ensure adequate productivity. ● Cooperate with other departments to get market complaints and customer feedback, and apply them in the production process in line with company standards and strategies. ● Evaluate risks and opportunities in respected scope and implement mitigation and development action plans accordingly. ● Direct Manager: Managing Director. ● Probation period: 3 months.
Requirements
● A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with a specialization in marketing is a plus. ● In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its distribution. ● Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional team members to achieve strategic goals. ● Strategic thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills, and high presentation skill. ● Effective strategic planning abilities, forecasting, and budgeting skills. ● Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 8 years of experience.
