Air Freight Specialist

Job Description

The air freight specialist's focus is on handling air freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and airlines for pricing and operations purposes.
• Monitor and track shipments from A-Z.
• Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN).
• Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs.
• Generate monthly reports for the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• At least 3 years of work experience in the international transport, logistics, or shipping industry.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English.
• Gender preference: Male/Female.
