Agile and Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Vendor)

Job Description

•Develop and execute agile and strategic sourcing plans for various categories of spend, aligning with organizational objectives and values.
•Develop the model to identify strategic suppliers and provide related rationale to select a supplier to be strategic
•Identify, assess, and select strategic suppliers through market research, competitive analysis, and RFx processes to enhance agility and resilience.
•Negotiate with contracts and agreements with strategic suppliers to achieve cost savings, optimize quality, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
•Continuously control, evaluate, and enhance supplier performance, addressing any issues and fostering continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
•Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in agile procurement and digital sourcing.
•Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and business units, to understand requirements and align SC strategies with dynamic business needs.
•Analyze and leverage spend data and supplier insights to drive cost savings, optimize sourcing decisions, and enhance process efficiencies.
•Implement, refine, and digitalize agile sourcing tools, processes, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices while driving automation and efficiency.
•Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and delivery, focusing on agility and risk mitigation.
•Monitor and enhance transportation, customs clearance, and delivery workflows to ensure seamless, cost-effective, and timely execution.
•Ensure strict compliance with relevant import/export regulations, trade policies, and Incoterms, proactively addressing regulatory risks.

*Education
•Bachelor's degree in Commercial or industrial Management field, Supply Chain Management, or related

*Experience
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; experience working in a medium organization
•Experience in telecom or technology supply chain categories is highly preferred
