Job Description
Main responsibilities are:
- Establishing the after sales network all over the country;
- Following up the warranty and guaranty claims to logically achieving an acceptable result;
- Providing a preventive maintenance plan and periodically customers’ visits;
- Providing a list of necessary spare parts that are required to be kept in stock based on the number of existing machines in Iran;
- Providing after sales services contracts to customers;
- Expanding the service network and tracing potential customers.
