Job Description

  • Presenting daily reports to the board of directors, and monthly in the form of a dashboard.
  • Doing things related to employee performance evaluation.
  • Carrying out matters related to the transfer and promotion of employees.
  • Doing things related to the personnel contract.
  • Controlling matters related to information technology and supporting the organization.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with the issues related to drafting the contract.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and have good public relations.
  • Familiar with insurance and tax laws and the Ministry of Labor.
