Position: Senior Accounting Officer

We are currently expanding our finance team and are seeking a highly capable Senior Accounting Officer to oversee the financial operations of our Simin Dasht branch. Core Responsibilities
•Financial Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain financial integrity.
•Documentation & Reporting: Handle all accounting vouchers, trial balances, month-end closing, and draft financial statements.
•Operations Management: Oversee purchases, sales, inventory (including stocktaking), treasury, and payment/receipt cycles.
•Reconciliation: Monitor bank accounts, supplier/customer ledgers, and resolve discrepancies.
•Costing: Assist in calculating and controlling the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
•Compliance & Tax: Prepare tax returns, VAT reports, and ensure full compliance with the Taxpayer System, Article 169, and social security regulations.
•Audit Support: Coordinate seamlessly with internal/external auditors and legal authorities.
•Process Improvement: Implement and enforce internal controls to optimize financial workflows.
Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
•Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company (FMCG industry preferred).
•Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Rahkaran ERP System and Excel
•Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Iranian Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and government reporting portals (Taxpayer System, payroll tax, etc.).
