Job Description

● Control the transfer of sales invoices by trip and cost center. ● Check bank accounts on a daily basis and prepare monthly bank statement statements. ● Register accounting documents and currency exchange. ● Record cost documents and purchase inventory as well as fixed assets. ● Gross control of monthly insurance contracts. ● Control the list of insurances provided by the administrative unit with a payable insurance account. ● Prepare and adjust the form of compliance between the companies of the group and with other companies or contractors and take action to resolve it. Contradictions and reporting to the unit manager if needed. ● Prepare and send quarterly sales reports. ● Control the company's sales system with the accounting system on a monthly basis and once every three months. ● Inventory control of accounting system with warehouse system and monthly consumption document. ● Prepare profit and loss report. ● Edit sales system invoices and related corrections in the accounting system.

Requirements

● Having three to five years of work experience. ● Familiarity with accounting principles. ● Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. ● Strong spoken and written communication skills. ● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data. ● Outstanding math and research skills.
