● Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
● Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
● Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
● Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
● Preparing quarterly reports and value-added tax returns.
● Preparing payroll, employee insurance, and tax lists.
● Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
● Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
● Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
● At least 3 years of full-time experience in related positions.
● Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to Tax and VAT.
● Good knowledge of accounting standards.
● Full knowledge of payroll processes.
● Good knowledge of accounting software (Rahkaran).
● Fluent in ICDL software.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
