Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
• Managing treasury topics.
• Post all related financial transactions into the local ERP system.
• Preparing the statutory and internal financial report based on the prescribed deadlines.
• Assisting the team to prepare tax returns i.e. CIT, VAT, Art. 169 of Iranian tax law and withholding tax.
• Take the required actions to prepare tax reports for tax audit process.
• Preparing Intercompany Service Invoices.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Reconciling Accounts with the customers.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of SOPs.
• Verifying T&E of employees and ensure that all expenses are compliant with local and Bayer rules and regulations.
• Recommend, develop and maintain the financial data either in automate and manual environments.
• Supporting the team regarding routine and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
• B.A in finance/Accounting section
• Very good knowledge and familiar with tax and SSO laws
• Familiar with manual and automated accounting systems
• Experience and ability to work in the environment of an international company
• Ability to communicate convincingly at all levels in the company
• Ability to negotiate convincingly is essential
• Social competence is essential
• Ability to recognize, understand and prioritize is required
• Gathering information, distributing and sharing is required
• Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken, listening comprehension, writing)
• Experience with MS Office
