-Daily book keeping, registration of all financial documents, invoices, purchasing etc.
-Pay role of employees, which will include dealing with social security, tax, personnel benefits, sick leave, etc.
-Petty cash and registration and book keeping
-Personnel employment contracts and calculation of all benefits as foreseen by labor law
-Dealing with tax office, collection of yearly books, presentation of the books and statements and negotiation with tax and Financial Affairs Ministry
-Preparing annual reports for the shareholders of company
-Dealing and cooperating with company Auditors
-Assisting us in contracts for purpose of tax minimization and making sure are within financial regulations
-Depending on the accounting work load the outsourcing organization may have a person within workshop on permanent basis, but this would not be the case at least for the next 4 to 6 months
-In other words all accounting and financial issues they would deal with it
Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
-At least 5 years of experience in related fields
-Fluency in English is a must (written & spoken)
-Having a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Have a good knowledge of IFRS
