Job Description

  • Issuing payment orders and related documents (internal purchase documents, purchase invoice control, fixed asset purchase, and supplementary insurance amendment documents).
  • Registering the issuance of purchase invoices.
  • Confirming purchase invoices in the taxpayer system.
  • Tracking purchase invoices from all units.
  • Preparing, controlling, and recording quarterly transactions of Article 169 of the Civil Code related to purchases.
  • Preparing the performance and value-added declaration file.
  • Delivering, registering, tracking, and reviewing payroll documents.
  • Preparing documents required by auditors, investors, tax and insurance auditors, and cooperating with them to review accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least two years of work experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with financial software and Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Problem-solving ability.
