Job Description

  • Booking vouchers in the accounting system.
  • Collecting income and company money from clients.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation and following balance confirmation.
  • Preparing required weekly, monthly, and annual reports if needed.
  • Controlling all payables and receivables.
  • Issuing bank cheques and making bank payments at any time is requested.
  • Archiving financial documents.
  • Working pro-actively in any other required accounting activities if requested by finance.
  • Supporting the team regarding routine projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least five years of work experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and financial software.
  • Mastery of insurance tax laws (personnel and contracting) and value-added tax.
  • Mastery of the account structure, preparation, and analysis of financial statements, compilation and monitoring of budget and expenses.
  • Mastery of asset and property management.
  • Mastery of how to set up legal offices and set up performance and added value statements and quarterly reports.
  • Communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
