- To understand the strategies and to expand them in the accounting process
- To perform and manage accounting affairs as following:
Updating customer Accounts:
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintains records by updating invoices, debits, and credits.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
• Reports updated reconciliation to the supervisor
Customer Account:
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, sales departments, and from customers;
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
Financial Reporting:
• Produces a range of reports to develop customer paying profiles in order to best set terms and conditions based on customer credibility Oversees the production of regular and ad financial and activity reports to meet statutory and management requirements.
• Prepares necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Running the daily accounting operations by managing general bookkeeping, suppliers, customers and bank accounts.
• Recording transactions to the General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory.
• Expense report controls and postings.
• Completion of all books keeping, and supporting the month-end closings.
• Ensuring documentation is complete and maintained proactively, independently and accurately.
• Reconciliations with Customers, Suppliers, Banks, and Inventory.
• Assisting and performing account analysis.
• Assisting the preparation of taxes & VAT.
