Sara Investment Company is established as a project-based company. It applies a participative approach in developing an outstanding mixed-use project located in the renovation master plan of the district surrounding Holy Shrine of Imam Reza. Finishing the construction phase of the project, we feel responsible for the sustainable operation of the project which is consisted of accommodation and retail components. The built-up area of the project is over 105.000 SQM and provides 700 retail units, 470 accommodation units, and 1000 parking spaces. As a cornerstone, we have followed the highest available standards and technologies in constructing the project.
