-مدیران علاقه ای به ارتقا و پیشرفت شرکت ندارن -بهایی به خلاقیت داده نمیشود -به منابع انسانی اختیارات بیش از حدی داده شده که منجر شده شرکت نتونه نیروی های توانمند استخدام کنه -مدیران ارشد علاقه ای به حذف مدیران کم کفایت ندارن -مخفی کاری در پرداخت ها به طوری که با پیاده سازی فیش حقوقی مبتنی بر توکن به این قضیه دامن زده شده وخیلی از نیروهای خوب سازمان با قول قرار های بی پایه در مورد پرداختی وارد سازمان شدن و بخشی از سابقه حرفه ای خودشونو تو این شرکت هدر داددن

I worked for this company for more than a year and enjoyed the culture there. I had lots of good colleagues. The Salary and benefit of this organization is great and I believe its one of the bests in Iran.

I was working at the NOC team which had a 12/24 shift schedule and this was by far my most challenge that I had over there.
