این شرکت نیز مانند تعدادی از شرکت های ایرانی، فرصت رشد و ارتقا ندارد ونظارت درست و کارآمدی روی کار و رفتار مدیران رده بالا وجود ندارد و متاسفانه این مسئله باعث ناامیدی کارکنان در اینگونه سیستم ها می شود.

Cons

با انتقال قدرت بین مدیران میانی فرصت شناخت کافی بوجود نخواهد آمد و سیستم هدفمند و یکپارچه ای برای ارتقا کارمندان وجود ندارد.
