Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets, in the relevant territory on the required basis.
  • Regular visits to pharmacies in order to make sure of product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep the company's reputation.
  • Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Resolve customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Take orders over the phone, Internet, or through email.
  • Monitor distributor sales forces and communicate with them as a daily task.
  • Meet call targets while focusing on top customers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory).

Requirements

  • Familiar with pharmacies and pharmaceutical distribution models and ways of working.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, or Nutrition.
  • Fluent in sales and marketing principles.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Based in Qazvin.
