Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing manager to join our brokerage firm. The main purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The key objectives and goals for this position include increasing brand awareness, driving market share and sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and contributing to our overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

The marketing manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research and analysis, managing the marketing budget, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams. They will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and competitor products. Additional responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the company’s website and social media presence, and preparing and presenting regular marketing reports to senior management.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification would be preferred. Certifications in digital marketing or related fields would be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • The ideal candidate should have proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, Google Analytics, and social media platforms is also necessary.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software and content management systems would be a plus.

Experiences:

  • We require at least 7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns is particularly desirable.
  • Candidates with a proven track record of managing successful marketing projects from inception to completion will be given preference.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of working effectively in a team are important for this role.
  • The candidate should also demonstrate leadership skills, creativity, and an ability to think strategically and analytically.
