Responsibilities:
Content Planning: Develop a content calendar and schedule regular posts for consistent engagement.
Content Creation: Create engaging images, videos, stories, and reels that align with our brand’s goals and strategy.
Caption Writing: Craft compelling, informative, and persuasive text to accompany images and videos.
Content Optimization: Use appropriate hashtags and keywords to increase post visibility.
Community Management: Respond to comments, direct messages, and other communications promptly and effectively.
Monitoring and Analysis: Review page statistics and data to better understand interactions and adjust content strategy to meet follower needs.
Engagement: Increase page visibility by interacting with other accounts and forming strategic partnerships.
Advertising: Design and execute paid advertising campaigns on Instagram.
Profile Updates: Ensure profile information and links are up to date.
Crisis Management: Respond quickly and effectively to crises or negative feedback.
Continual Learning: Stay updated on new tools and Instagram trends.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools, graphic design software, and SEO practices.
At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
