Job Description

  • Prepare and plan to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage and prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales operation reports.
  • Negotiate with chain and online stores and broadcasting companies.
  • Communicate with decision makers in chain stores, online, and distribution companies.
  • Plan for how to collect claims.

Development of Strategies for Distribution Channels:

  • Analyze the market and customer needs to determine the best distribution channels.
  • Develop effective strategies for product distribution in stores and online channels.

Team Building:

  • Recruit and train sales team members to implement the best strategies.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve specific goals.
  • Determine the appropriate pricing strategy based on market and competitor analysis.
  • Provide attractive and appropriate offers to customers to attract and retain customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least five years of experience as a sales and brand manager in HORECA and beverages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food and FMCG industries.
