Requirements

- BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience - Good understanding of front-end technologies, including WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. - Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications. - Comfortable working with debugging tools. - Experience working within team of developers using version control (Git) - Excellent programming skills and ability to learn fast - Be passionate about design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies. - Develop, maintain and debug Resolver’s website, including new features and functionality - Ensure responsive, usable design, across multiple operating systems, browsers, and devices - Monitor web traffic and ensure that the website is prepared to meet traffic demands and performance expectations - Configure WordPress, create and modify templates, web pages, forms, and upload media - Manage and maintain integration of third-party applications and servers - Design and implement new features and functionality. - Translate concepts into user flows, wire frames, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. - Formulate responsive designs for a wide range of devices and interfaces. - Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. - Make strategic design and development decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. - Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. - Develop, maintain and debug Resolver’s website, including new features and functionality - Ensure responsive, usable design, across multiple operating systems, browsers, and devices - Monitor web traffic and ensure that the website is prepared to meet traffic demands and performance expectations - Configure WordPress, create and modify templates, web pages, forms, and upload media - Manage and maintain integration of third-party applications and servers your Background - 3-5 years of experience developing websites; PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and APIs - Proven track record of successful development and maintenance of websites and web-applications - You’ve used JavaScript to create interactive elements on web pages - 3+ years of hands on WordPress CMS experience - An understanding of the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO - Exposure to Sales force and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, and/or Adobe’s Creative Suite are an asset About You: - Excellent creative problem-solving skills and an experimental approach.
