• Optimization, Setup and implement tests in all platforms & browsers • Work with designers to turn designs into coded web pages • Front end & Back end development of website (Design, build, or maintain Web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media) • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions • Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions • Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team (Database Designing & Programming, Analyzing Data or Information) • Reviewing current systems & Presenting ideas for system improvements • Back up files from Web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems
