Job Description

-Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements -Producing comprehensive analysis documents for developing of the software such as Process Models, Use Case specification, Activity diagrams, Data Model, Prototype -Producing functional/system requirements that will include information about required changes to front-end, database, web service, data service -Producing comprehensive analysis documents for developing of the software -Strong Communicate with Development team -Design and develop web-based sites, tools and applications -Tuning components for high performance and scalability using techniques such as caching, code optimization, and efficient memory management -Organize input and feedback from multiple stakeholders to improve usability and functionality -Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features -Understands technical and functional design requirements -Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones -Work with designers to turn designs into coded web pages -Front end & Back end development of website (Design, build, or maintain Web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media) -Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions -Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team (Database Designing & Programming, Analyzing Data or Information) -Reviewing current systems & presenting ideas for system improvements -Back up files from Web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems -Graphic designers create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers -Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports -Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts -Design or improve the products packaging -Designing and execution of sales promotion -Planning for Marketing mix strategy -Participation in the implementation of an integrated marketing communications system -Market and consumer Analyst, insight mining, Brand creation and development, communication strategy development, branding -Monitoring to create appropriate artwork and slogan for campaigns, promotions
