Job Description

We are looking for an effective Distribution & Warehouse Manager to direct and monitor distribution & warehousing operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Ultimately, you should be able to: - Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. - Monitor quality of receiving and sending goods. - Prepare regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports of the warehouse and distribution due to company KPI’s - Monitor and track the progress of deliveries. - Guidance and control of manpower. - Problem-solving regarding the company's policies and guidelines. - Assuring just-in-time delivery. - Taking care of administrative issues and personnel files under supervision. - Review employee performances and provides feedback and suggestions. - Orient, coach and motivate employees - Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided. Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager - Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel - 30-45 years old - 4 to 5 years of management experience in the field of warehouse management and distribution - Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Strong decision making and problem - solving skills - Excellent communication skills. - Related Master's or bachelor’s degree (management, industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, MBA) is an advantage. - Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure. - Excellent knowledge of customer experience and buying behavior.
