Job Description
As a part of our virtualization and storage team, you will help us to improve and expand our infrastructure and related products. You will be responsible for specifying, planning, reporting, designing, and reviewing in a technical area. Write requirements, specifications, and other guiding documentation for R&D from a technical point of view.
- Work closely with technical consultants and the sales team to resolve issues.
- Plan for infrastructure changes, issues, and improvements needed and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
- Act as the point person for issues that affect storage, computing, and virtual infrastructure. Work with business users and other IT personnel to determine future infrastructure needs.
