Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Switching and VLAN, NIC Teaming. • Experience in VMware Guests, Templates, P2V, Capacity Planner, vMotion, DRS, etc... • Basic Working knowlege SAN. • VMware ESX /vSphere support Experience. • Experience in high level diagnostic & troubleshooting of VMware ESX. • Excellent troubleshooting and system Administration skills in VMware products. • HA engineering and, DRS cluster environment. • Patch Release management and maintain configuration of Central ESX S image. • Problem Management in vSphere Environment. • Experience in performance tuning of VMware. • Experience in backup and recovery of virtual machines. • Good understanding of replication solutions. • Familiar with monitoring software such as as vROps. • Being on-time and be precise • Being able to focus under pressure • Being able to work in team fashion • Good social communication skills • Flexibility and adaptability • Self-motivated • Ability to efficiently manage time • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask • Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
