Job Description

- Development of plans to buy spare parts on demand and company strategies to achieve the company's goals - Determine the standards and guidelines for purchase and evaluating them buying from suppliers - Determine key indicators for evaluating and enhancing suppliers - Develop and improve the process of buying spare parts - Supply chain management and management of all contracts for the purchase of spare parts - Purchasing spare parts based on the requirement of the company from reputable domestic and foreign suppliers - Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies - Researching and identifying products and suppliers - Evaluation of tenders and auctions for the selection of suppliers - Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness - Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company - Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies - Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

Requirements

- Bachelor or masters of Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field - At least 10 years' experience of the management of purchasing spare parts (People with experience in the steel industry are priority requirements) - Familiarity the iron & steel market - Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiating skills, Management skills, Leadership skills, Communication skills - Fluent in English language - Job location: Tehran - Gender: male
