We are looking for Valuation expert as below: Main responsibilities: • Analyzing and valuing companies, projects, enterprises and startups for the clients; • Market research and competitive environment analysis of focus sectors • Identify, research, and analyze mergers and acquisitions opportunities • Perform extensive analysis of a company's market position and competitive landscape • Conduct extensive company and industry analysis coupled with a detailed review of the financial statements of the target companies • Develop financial and operational models, investment and valuation analysis • Attend meetings with the clients and present analysis • Prepare and contribute to delivery of client and management presentations • This position includes tasks like negotiating with clients, building relationships with new clients and maintaining relationships with current strategic clients.
