Job Description

• Plan and Configure, Manage and maintain Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Asterisk and Skype for Business in large scale. • Provide users and other admins with technical support in the event of service and network problems. • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. • Evaluate the organization's UC and Messaging technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. • Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. • Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field • Having at least 4 years related experiences in Unified Communications and Messaging systems • Deep knowledge of Active Directory Services • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 to 2016 • Deep knowledge of Lync and Skype for Business Server • Good knowledge of Anti*Spam systems • Good knowledge of SCCM and SCOM • Being familiar with Asterisk and CUCM • Being familiar with Cisco Device and Solutions • Excellent command of Information Security • Excellent command of Network Concept • Being familiar with Enterprise IT infrastructures • Ability to effectively manage conflict, and affect adequate solutions
