Job Description

- Analyze relevant internal and external sites to determine best practices - Test and refine prototypes - Determine design requirements - UX design - UI design - Collaborate with marketing team to design campaigns - Collaborate with product owner and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience - Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks - Conduct UX research and analyze feedbacks

Requirements

- Proven record of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Deep understanding and proven experience with web, iOS, and Android platforms - Knowledge of wire framing tools - Data-driven design habit - Strong communication skills to collaborate within the team in a highly collaborative environment - At least 3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, and service design - History of conducting user data usability studies, performing exploratory research - Knowledge of branding and user's psychology is a plus
