Job Description
We are looking for a user-experience (UX/UI) designer to work with PMO, who is able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, landing page design. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product and, in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand target users' needs, preferences, and struggles. Analyze data usage patterns and user feedback to advise design decisions.
- Conceptualization and Wireframing: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize dashboard layouts and interactions. Develop design concepts that align with user requirements and business goals.
- Visual Information Architecture: Coordinate complex data sets into logical, user-friendly visual information architectures. Define the hierarchy and structure of the dashboard components for efficient user comprehension.
- Visual Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that convey sophisticated data in a clear and understandable manner. Choose appropriate colour schemes, typography, and iconography for an enhanced user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and business partners to ensure alignment between design and technical considerations. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the overall product strategy.
- Prototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and capture user feedback. Conduct usability testing to identify and address usability issues and refine designs accordingly.
- Responsive Design: Ensure that dashboard designs are adaptable and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for development teams.
