Job Description

● Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and develop user-centered designs. ● Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and validate designs with users. ● Design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces for websites and applications. ● Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all products. ● Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. ● Work with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented. ● Continuously refine and improve the user experience.

Requirements

● Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and testing user interfaces. ● Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. ● Understanding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. ● Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. ● Portfolio demonstrating past work experience in UI/UX design. ● Knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
