Job Description
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement. Plan, develop, and provide training programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor or Master Degree in HR sciences or related fields Previous Experience: At least 4 years experience in HR field Specialist Knowledge: 1. Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects. 2. Familiar with training standards Other Skills: 1. Highly motivated self-starter 2. Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Browsing skills Language Skills: Reading, Writing, and Speaking English
