Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to make plan to achieve team targets (Sales, Distribution & Merchandising), Setting appropriate KPI to team and monitoring the process execution and regularly follow-up. Organizing and allocating resources to achieve targets including (TMRs and Back-up TMRs monthly plans & Give Away Items). Areas of responsibility: 1) To develop his monthly sales and merchandising plans based on set targets from the manager. To define his monthly plan and targets and report performance regularly to his line manager and seek feedback. 2) To split territory targets to individual team targets and clearly communicate with the team members. Constantly following the team and personal objectives based on set KPIs and receiving feedback. 3) To allocate resources such as TMRs monthly plans, display and POSM, GAI to target customers and organize all these resources to increase efficiency of team performance and reach the targets. 4) To consider limitations of the expenses based on the allocated budget. To fill all related forms and reports for financial transparency and ensuring that appropriate controls, reporting and book keeping are in place. To ensure that petty cash and all expense reports are submitted in full accuracy based on set procedures. 5) Commitment in nurturing of the team members both in business and personal development objectives. Running a10 weeks on the job training for the new recruits based on individually agreed developing objectives of them. Working constantly to improve coaching and mentoring skills in order to enhance the individual and team performances. 6) To coach and lead a team is one of the most important responsibilities. 7) Be responsible to communicate JTI policies, procedures, code of conduct and be a role model for his or her team.

Requirements

Education: 1) Having a university degree. Work Experience and Competence: 2) At least 2 years of Sales & Marketing experience. 3) Strong communication skills & team-oriented. 4) Detail-oriented & highly organized. 5) Merchandising & sales knowledge. 6) Strong negotiation skills & valid driving license. 7) Advanced Supervisory skills. Languages & Computer Skills: 8) Intermediate knowledge of English) writing and speaking). 9) Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
